Karen Soto is the Volunteer Coordinator and Patient Liaison at Midtown Hospice, where she plays a dual role in managing our volunteer program and serving as a bridge between patients, families, and the hospice care team. Karen’s responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers who provide invaluable assistance to our patients and their loved ones.
